For optimum preparation for a remaining useful life appraisal, we recommend the use of an on-site inspection. We offer on-site inspections throughout Germany!

If you book our on-site inspection, we will take care of filling out the form (including communication with the property management, etc.) and send you a link to the fully pre-filled order form after the inspection. Use this service and we will take care of everything!

Please note: Some tax offices are moving towards only accepting appraisals with an on-site inspection. Although this is not part of the published BMF letter and is also not mentioned in the legal text, we explicitly recommend considering an on-site inspection in order to "avoid" discussions with the tax office. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
