Purchase price allocation

Until then, please contact us via info@gutachten-afa.de - we need the following information from you:

  1. Purchase price of the property
  2. Incidental costs (land transfer tax, notary fees, brokerage fees, etc.)
  3. Date of the purchase contract
  4. Repair and other investment requirements
  5. Property area

We use the optimized Jacoby™ method, which consistently provides better results for taxpayers than the Federal Ministry of Finance's completion guide.

You will receive an appraisal from us for direct use as an attachment to a purchase agreement or for subsequent submission to your tax office.

  2. Purchase price allocation in the context of an expert opinion to determine the remaining useful life → € 300,-- incl. VAT.
